Who we are
Affordable Landlord Insurance is a public brand for landlord and rental-property owners insurance quote requests. The site is operated by Business Insurance Brokers LLC, a licensed United States insurance agency. License information for the nine states listed on this site is available upon request through the quote form.
What you may use this site for
You may read the public pages and submit a quote request for residential rental property located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, South Dakota, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Indiana. You may not use the form to submit property in other states, to request products this site does not offer, or to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
A quote is not a binder
Submitting the form, receiving a follow-up, or seeing an estimated premium does not bind coverage. Coverage exists only when an insurance carrier issues confirmation according to its rules and the policy forms it issues. We may decline to quote, refer a file, or stop a conversation if the risk is outside appetite or the information is incomplete or untrue.
Accuracy of your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. False occupancy, unit counts, or claim history can void or limit coverage under a later policy. You authorize us to share the submission with carriers, underwriting partners, and, when you have consented, affiliate or partner agencies if we refer the file.
No public phone or email on this site
This website does not publish a phone number or email address. The quote form is the contact method for new submissions and for privacy requests described in theprivacy policy.
Intellectual property
Page content, marks, and layout on this site belong to the operator or its licensors. You may not copy the site to operate a competing lead form or scrape it for marketing lists.
